The Vacaville Bulldogs softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting East Nicolaus Spartans to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Vacaville moves its record to 21-0 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Armijo (Fairfield, CA) to play the Royals in a game on Thursday, May 2. The Royals come into the game with a record of 0-5. Armijo lost 14-1 in their recent league game against Vanden (Fairfield, CA)

In their next game, the Spartans play the Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 7. East Nicolaus will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record.
