The Northern Patriots (Owings, MD) softball routed the visiting La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD), 14-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD). The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Calvert was routed by Northern (Owings, MD), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
