In Wednesday's league test, the host Toms River South Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Brick Township Green Dragons.
The Indians now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marlboro for a non-league test on Friday, May 3. Toms River South will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-9.
In their next game, the Green Dragons face the St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 3. Brick Township will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 23-0 non-league win over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ).
