The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY) and the visiting Roosevelt Presidents (Hyde Park, NY), saw Monroe-Woodbury's lacrosse team nudge Roosevelt by a margin of 1-0.

The Crusaders (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Vikings enter the Section 9 Division I challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Valley Central was tipped by Warwick (Warwick, NY), 20-9, in a non-league challenge.

The Presidents (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Warwick (Warwick, NY). The Wildcats enter the Section 9 Division II challenge with a 14-0 record.
