Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Argos Dragons (Argos, IN), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jimtown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Tippecanoe Valley will battle a Jimmies squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN). The Jimmies record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Argos falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Dragons host Oregon-Davis (Hamlet, IN) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Oregon-Davis lost 24-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Winamac (Winamac, IN)
