The Ichabod Crane Riders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Cohoes Tigers to 4 in the Riders league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Ichabod Crane moves its record to 14-0 on the year. The Riders travel to Schalmont (Schenectady, NY) to clash with the Sabres in a Section 2 Colonial game on Friday, May 3. The Sabres come into the game with a record of 11-2. Schalmont won 17-1 in their recent non-league game against Duanesburg (Delanson, NY)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Catholic Central Crusaders (Troy, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial game, on Friday, May 3. Cohoes will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Crusaders come into the game with a 9-3 record after their 12-3 league win over Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY).
