The East Prairie Eagles softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Delta Bobcats to 8 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, East Prairie improves its record to 13-13 on the year. The Eagles travel to New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a Class 2 District 1 game on Saturday, May 4. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 13-10. New Madrid County Central lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Advance (Advance, MO)

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Oran Eagles (Oran, MO) in a Class 1 District 2 game, on Friday, May 3. Delta will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 11-6 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Scott City (Scott City, MO).
