Tewksbury Memorial Redmen (Tewksbury, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA), 16-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Redmen now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Haverhill for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3.

With the loss, Dracut falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Middies travel to Methuen (Methuen, MA) to face the Rangers in a Merrimack Valley - Conf 1 challenge on Friday, May 3. The Rangers enter the challenge with a record of 5-4. Methuen won 10-2 in their recent league challenge against Andover (Andover, MA)
