Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN), 7-0 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shakopee for a South Suburban Conference challenge on Thursday, May 2. Farmington will face a Sabers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Sabers record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Eagan falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Shakopee (Shakopee, MN) to face the Sabers in a South Suburban Conference challenge on Friday, May 3. The Sabers enter the challenge with a record of 12-2.
