Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Fisher Bunnies (Fisher, IL) and the visiting Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL), witnessed Fisher's softball squad prevail over Milford by a count of 14-4.

The Bunnies now sport a 6-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley for a Heart of Illinois outing on Friday, May 3. Fisher will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 19-0 non-league win over Salt Fork (Sidell, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 10-7.

The Bearcats (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Armstrong (Armstrong, IL). The Trojans enter the Vermilion Valley outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Armstrong was routed by Oakwood (Fithian, IL), 6-5, in a league outing.
