The Shenendehowa Plainsmen softball team (Clifton Park, NY), was routed 8-5 in Wednesday's league test with the host Guilderland Flying Dutchmen (Guilderland Center, NY)

Coming up next, the Flying Dutchmen encounter the Ballston Spa Scotties (Ballston Spa, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue test, on Friday, May 3. Guilderland will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Scotties come into the test with a 9-5 record after their 8-5 league loss to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY).

The Plainsmen (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Shaker (Latham, NY). The Bison come into the Section 2 Suburban - Blue test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Shaker edged Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY), 9-1, in a league test.
