In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Bordentown Scotties baseball team scored a close 6-4 win over the Shawnee Renegades.
The Scotties (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NJ). The Ravens go into the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Robbinsville nudged Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ), 1-0, in a league game.
Next, the Renegades play the West Windsor-Plainsboro South Pirates (Princeton Junction, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 3. Shawnee will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Pirates come into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Pennington (Pennington, NJ).
