In Thursday's non-league bout, the North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting GVCS Broadfording Lions (Hagerstown, MD), by a score of 13-2.
Next up, the Hubs encounter the Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD) in a CMC bout, on Friday, May 2. North Hagerstown will attempt to advance on its 12-3 season record. The Leopards enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD).
The Lions (10-10) will now prepare for their bout against Hancock (Hancock, MD). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 4-9 record. In their last bout, Hancock was overwhelmed by Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD), 13-1, in a league bout.
