The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI) and the host Reading Rangers (Reading, MI), saw Stockbridge's baseball team gain a win over Reading by a tally of 14-3.

The Panthers (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI). The Gladiators enter the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Fowlerville was overwhelmed by St. Johns (St. Johns, MI), 9-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Rangers face the North Adams-Jerome Rams (North Adams, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 5. Reading will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 18-4 league win over Pittsford (Pittsford, MI).
