Valliant Bulldogs (Valliant, OK) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK), 9-1 in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (21-14) will now prepare for their battle against Roland (Roland, OK). The Rangers enter the non-league battle with a 3-22 record. In their last battle, Roland was overwhelmed by Central (Sallisaw, OK), 16-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Indians face the Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Sequoyah will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 19-13 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK).
