Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Pine Bush Bushmen (Pine Bush, NY) and the visiting Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY), witnessed Pine Bush's lacrosse squad top Cornwall Central by a score of 16-2.

The Bushmen (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Carmel (Carmel, NY). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Carmel was overwhelmed by Hendrick Hudson (Montrose, NY), 17-9, in a non-league battle.

The Dragons now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minisink Valley for a Section 9 B Division II battle on Friday, May 2. Cornwall Central will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Rondout Valley (Accord, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 7-2.
