Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Olentangy Liberty Patriots (Powell, OH) and the visiting New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH), witnessed Olentangy Liberty's lacrosse squad top New Albany by a count of 18-8.

The Patriots (14-1) will now prepare for their outing against Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH). The Pioneers go into the Region 1 outing with a 5-7 record.

With the loss, New Albany falls to 6-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Jackson (Massillon, OH) to face the Polar Bears in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 3.
