Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) and the visiting Carroll Tigers (Carroll, IA), saw East Sac County's soccer squad hold off Carroll by a count of 3-2.

The Raiders (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Monarchs enter the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Denison-Schleswig was edged by Harlan (Harlan, IA), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Carroll will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 5-5 record after their 11-1 league loss to Underwood (Underwood, IA).
