The Cavaliers now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hickory for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. Lakeland will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 7-1.
