The Boardman Spartans lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting Poland Seminary Bulldogs to 3 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now hold a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cardinal Mooney for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Boardman will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Canfield (Canfield, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Poland Seminary falls to 0-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host GlenOak (Canton, OH) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Golden Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 8-8. GlenOak won 12-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Southeast (Ravenna, OH)
