Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Central Catholic overwhelms Butler

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Central Catholic Vikings lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-4 triumph over the Butler Golden Tornado.
The Vikings (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Panthers go into the WPIAL 3A 1 challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Upper St. Clair held off Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA), 15-9, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Golden Tornado clash with the Fox Chapel Foxes (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 2 challenge, on Tuesday, May 6. Butler will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record.
