Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Caledonia Fighting Scots (Caledonia, MI) and the host West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI), witnessed Caledonia's lacrosse squad top West Ottawa by a score of 20-10.

The Fighting Scots (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI). The Beavers enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Harper Creek was overwhelmed by Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MI), 18-6, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Panthers meet the Grand Haven Buccaneers (Grand Haven, MI) in a Division 1 District 1 contest, on Saturday, May 3. West Ottawa will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Buccaneers enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Northview (Grand Rapids, MI).
