Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN), 9-3 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Culver Academies improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Carmel (Carmel, IN) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. The Greyhounds come into the game with a record of 9-2. Carmel lost 14-2 in their recent non-league game against St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH)
The Shamrocks now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crown Point for a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. Westfield will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-4 non-league loss to Penn (Mishawaka, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-5.
