In Thursday's non-league match, the Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), by a count of 13-6.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Saturday, May 3. Greenwich will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Wreckers enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT).
The Falcons (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Hand (Madison, CT). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Hand got by Weston (Weston, CT), 15-5, in a non-league match.
