In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Herriman Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 win over the Riverton Silverwolves.

The Mustangs (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Jordan (West Jordan, UT). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 1-15 record. In their last contest, West Jordan nipped West (Salt Lake City, UT), 25-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Silverwolves meet the American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 6. Riverton will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Cavemen enter the contest with a 4-12 record after their 8-7 league win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
