The Rolling Meadows Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Hoffman Estates Hawks to 8 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prospect for a Mid Suburban challenge on Monday, May 5. Rolling Meadows will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Knights record now stands at 8-6.

With the loss, Hoffman Estates falls to 7-8 on the year. The Hawks travel to Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL) to clash with the Caxys in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. The Caxys go into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Lake Forest Academy won 12-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL)
