In Thursday's non-league match, the Nyack Red Hawks (Upper Nyack, NY) lacrosse team edged the visiting Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY), by a count of 16-15.
Next up, the Red Hawks confront the Nanuet Golden Knights (Nanuet, NY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 3. Nyack will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record.
The Tigers (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Brewster (Brewster, NY). The Bears enter the non-league match with a 3-4 record.
