Fans at Thursday's league test between the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Unity Reed Lions (Manassas, VA), witnessed Patriot's lacrosse squad top Unity Reed by a count of 17-1.

The Pioneers (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA). The Yellowjackets enter the Cedar Run test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Osbourn Park was overwhelmed by Gainesville (Gainesville, VA), 20-4, in a league test.

Next, the Lions battle the Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) in a Cedar Run test, on Monday, May 5. Unity Reed will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Bobcats enter the test with a 10-3 record after their 8-5 league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA).
