The Muncie Central Bearcats softball squad (Muncie, IN), was routed 25-3 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN)

With the triumph, Anderson improves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Indians host Yorktown (Yorktown, IN) to face the Tigers in a non-league contest on Monday, May 5. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 10-2. Yorktown won 9-4 in their recent non-league contest against Westfield (Westfield, IN)

The Bearcats now hold a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Delta for a non-league contest on Monday, May 5. Muncie Central will face a Eagles squad coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Monroe Central (Parker City, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
