The Buckfield Bucks softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Telstar Rebels to 0 in the Bucks league win on Thursday.

The Bucks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Temple Academy for a Class D South battle on Monday, May 5. Buckfield will confront a Bereans team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Wiscasset (Wiscasset, ME). The Bereans record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Telstar moves to 1-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to Carrabec (North Anson, ME) to confront the Cobras in a Class D South battle on Saturday, May 3. The Cobras come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Carrabec lost 8-4 in their recent league battle against Richmond (Richmond, ME)
