The Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) softball routed the visiting Queen Anne's County Lions (Centreville, MD), 13-3 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crofton for a Anne Arundel County outing on Friday, May 2.
With the loss, Queen Anne's County moves to 5-3 on the season. The Lions host Kent County (Worton, MD) to encounter the Trojans in a Bayside - North outing on Saturday, May 3.
