The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) and the host Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN), observed Jefferson's softball team get by Minnetonka by a tally of 4-0.

The Jaguars (11-1) will now prepare for their bout against St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN). The Orioles go into the Metro West bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, St. Louis Park tipped Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN), 10-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Skippers clash with the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN) in a bout, on Friday, May 2. Minnetonka will attempt to advance on its 11-1 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 6-3 league loss to St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN).
