The Richfield Springs Central Indians softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Stockbridge Valley Indians to 5 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morris Central for a non-league battle on Friday, May 2.
With the loss, Stockbridge Valley moves to 3-4 on the season. The Indians host McGraw (McGraw, NY) to confront the Eagles in a Section 3 Central Counties - American battle on Monday, May 5. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 5-2.
