The Taconic Braves baseball team scored 24 runs and limited the visiting Agawam Brownies to 0 in the Braves non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Braves (12-1) will now prepare for their match against Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA). The Warriors go into the Berkshire County match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Wahconah Regional gained a win over Mount Greylock Regional (Williamstown, MA), 5-3, in a league match.
The Brownies (6-8) will now prepare for their match against Holyoke (Holyoke, MA). The Purple Knights go into the non-league match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Holyoke was overwhelmed by Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA), 6-0, in a non-league match.
