In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA) baseball squad triumphed over the host Hawthorne Cougars (Hawthorne, CA), by a final score of 10-4.
With the win, Riverside Prep upgrades its record to 19-9 on the season. The Silver Knights travel to St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 13. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 17-5. St. Bernard won 13-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Desert Mirage (Thermal, CA)
With the defeat, Hawthorne falls to 14-6 on the season.
