The Loudoun County Captains tipped the host Rock Ridge Phoenix lacrosse team by a score of 1-0 in Tuesday's league match.

With the win, Loudoun County upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Captains travel to Heritage (Leesburg, VA) to play the Pride in a Dulles match on Friday, May 13. The Pride go into the match with a record of 3-8. Heritage lost 19-1 in their recent league match against Dominion (Sterling, VA)

With the defeat, Rock Ridge drops to 0-4 on the season. The Phoenix host Lightridge (Aldie, VA) to play the Bolts in a Dulles match on Wednesday, May 11. The Bolts go into the match with a record of 5-9. Lightridge lost 17-6 in their recent league match against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA)
