The Bay Shore Marauders lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the host Southampton Mariners to 1 in the Marauders league win on Tuesday.

The Marauders (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against North Babylon (North Babylon, NY). The Bulldogs come into the Section 11 I contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, North Babylon was overwhelmed by William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY), 17-6, in a league contest.

The Mariners now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brentwood for a Section 11 I contest on Friday, May 13. Southampton will confront a Indians squad coming off a 18-1 league loss to Half Hollow Hills East (Dix Hills, NY). The Indians record now stands at 0-10.
