In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) lacrosse squad routed the host Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 12-5.

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 13. Hoggard will attempt to advance on its 20-0 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 19-5 record after their 18-2 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC).

The Capitals now own a 15-5 record.
