The Canfield Cardinals lacrosse team scored 9 points and limited the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish to 8 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Green (Uniontown, OH). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Green edged Brunswick (Brunswick, OH), 18-9, in a non-league game.
The Fighting Irish (6-10) will now prepare for their game against Louisville (Louisville, OH). The Leopards enter the non-league game with a 9-4 record.
