In Tuesday's league battle, the Chaminade Flyers (Mineola, NY) lacrosse squad routed the host Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds (Uniondale, NY), by a count of 16-7.
Coming up next, the Flyers clash with the Manhasset Indians (Manhasset, NY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 12. Chaminade will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 9-4 record after their 19-7 non-league win over Wantagh (Wantagh, NY).
The Firebirds now own a 6-7 record.
