In Tuesday's league test, the host Stoney Creek Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the West Bloomfield Lakers.

The Cougars now have a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a Division 2 District 7 test on Thursday, May 12.

The Lakers (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Kettering (Waterford, MI). The Captains enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
