Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA) and the host Coudersport Falcons (Coudersport, PA), witnessed Wellsboro's softball squad prevail over Coudersport by a count of 21-8.

The Hornets now sport a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Towanda for a Northern Tier - Large match on Thursday, May 12.

With the loss, Coudersport moves to 6-9 on the season. The Falcons host Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA) to face the Terrors in a North Tier match on Thursday, May 12. The Terrors go into the match with a record of 7-1. Otto-Eldred won 10-0 in their recent league match against Port Allegany (Port Allegany, PA)
