Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Webster Thomas Titans (Webster, NY) and the visiting Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY), witnessed Webster Thomas's softball squad tip Fairport by a count of 6-2.

The Titans now sport a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Churchville-Chili for a Class AA match on Thursday, May 12. Webster Thomas will face a Saints squad coming off a 9-6 league win over Gates Chili (Rochester, NY). The Saints record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Fairport moves to 11-4 on the season. The Red raiders travel to Rush-Henrietta (Henrietta, NY) to face the Royal Comets in a Class AA match on Wednesday, May 11. The Royal Comets go into the match with a record of 8-7. Rush-Henrietta lost 8-2 in their recent league match against Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY)
