Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Franklin Regional Panthers (Murrysville, PA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moon Area for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12. Seneca Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Franklin Regional falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Derry (Derry, PA) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 4-11. Derry lost 13-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA)
