The Wayland Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Waltham Hawks to 0 in the Warriors league victory on Wednesday.
The Warriors now have a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boston Latin for a Dual County game on Friday, May 12. Wayland will meet a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 2-9.
The Hawks (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Medford (Medford, MA). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Medford gained a win over Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA), 3-0, in a league game.
