The Crab Orchard Trojans softball team (Marion, IL), was routed 5-2 in Wednesday's non-league test with the host Carterville Lions (Carterville, IL)
Coming up next, the Lions encounter the Marion Wildcats (Marion, IL) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 12. Carterville will attempt to improve on its 24-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 19-7 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Salem (Salem, IL).
The Trojans (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Gallatin County (Junction, IL). The Hawks come into the Greater Egyptian test with a 14-4 record.
