New York High School Softball - Schenectady falls to Columbia

In Wednesday's league outing, the host Columbia Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 28-1 win over the Schenectady Patriots.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 11. Columbia will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Spartans enter the outing with a 6-8 record after their 5-4 league win over Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY).
The Patriots (0-12) will now prepare for their outing against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Silver Warriors enter the Section 2 Suburban - Blue outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, Niskayuna was routed by Averill Park (Averill Park, NY), 11-6, in a league outing.
