Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 13-7 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sweet Home for a 4A Oregon West challenge on Thursday, May 11.

With the loss, Non Varsity Opponent falls to 61-102 on the campaign. The host Ryle (Union, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 10.
