New Mexico High School Softball - Santa Rosa bounces Rehoboth Christian

Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Rehoboth Christian Lynx (Rehoboth, NM), 17-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 19-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Capitan for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 10. Santa Rosa will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 11-6 league loss to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, Rehoboth Christian falls to 12-11 on the campaign.
