Bluffton Pirates (Bluffton, OH) backers went home happy Friday as they saw their baseball squad knock off the host Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH), 2-0 in a league battle.

Coming up next, the Pirates play the Riverdale Falcons (Mt. Blanchard, OH) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 14. Bluffton will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 19-6 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Mohawk (Sycamore, OH).

The Mustangs now possess a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they host Paulding for a non-league battle on Monday, May 13. Allen East will play a Panthers squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Pandora-Gilboa (Pandora, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 11-7.
